Welcome
I’m so glad you’re here. Since 1993, I’ve been dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized, and respectful therapy services to people seeking positive change, self-growth, and a richer, more meaningful life.

My approach blends mindfulness-based therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques with a deep understanding of how our families, cultures, and communities shape us.
I work with adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families—meeting each client where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and goals.

Alongside my clinical practice, I have a lifelong passion for movement and dance, which continues to inform and inspire my psychology work. Exploring the mind-body connection helps me bring a fresh, creative, and embodied perspective to therapy.

I invite you to explore my website to learn more about my services—or reach out today to schedule a consultation. Together, we can begin your journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
